SME Cyber Solutions was founded with a straightforward mission: to deliver enterprise-grade technology at prices UK small and medium businesses can actually afford. We started in cyber security, helping SMEs defend against ransomware, phishing and data breaches — and built a reputation for technical rigour, reliability and genuine care for our clients.
Over the years we became members of the North West Cyber Security Cluster (NWCSC) and Cyber London, and became official providers for Grow London Local, supporting over 1,000 SMEs across London and beyond. Our analysts hold CREST CPSA certification — the industry standard for penetration testing and security assessment in the UK — and our work contributes to national cyber security policy through the FSB Crimes Against Business group, with direct engagement with the Home Office and the Mayor of London's office.
In 2026 we expanded our focus to include Agentic AI solutions — intelligent automation that helps SMEs save time, cut operational costs and grow more efficiently. What makes us different from a typical AI agency is simple: we bring the same security rigour we have always applied in cyber security to everything we build in AI. Co-founder and CTO, and a CREST Practitioner Security Analyst (CPSA) — one of the UK's recognised certifications for penetration testing and technical security assessment. Neil oversees all technical operations and solution design, bringing deep expertise across financial services, media, technology and healthcare. He sits on the FSB Crimes Against Business policy group and has contributed directly to cyber security policy discussions with the Home Office and the Mayor of London's office. Neil leads the design of every AI solution the company builds, ensuring security is built in from the outset.
CREST Practitioner Security Analyst (CPSA) specialising in penetration testing and security assessments. CREST CPSA is the UK industry standard for security testing practitioners, requiring rigorous examination and ongoing professional development. Jon conducts technical security assessments across a wide range of industries, helping SMEs identify and address vulnerabilities before attackers do.
Responsible for project delivery and client success across every engagement. Louise ensures deployments run on time, to specification and deliver the outcomes clients expect. She is the primary point of contact for clients throughout delivery and the person who keeps every project on track.
